• Welcome to our discussion on Natrim, the health rejuvination program and weight management.
It’s very easy to follow and people are reporting some excellent results.  Tonight during our on line support meeting I will answer any questions you may have.  I have noticed from our phone and email enquiries that a number of people would like more information about how the Natrim Website can help them.  If you have any questions about the website I would be happy to answer them.

    Physical Activity

Successful weight loss and weight control are a mixture of sensible eating and regular exercise. If you change only our eating, weight loss will tend to be slow. Regular exercise encourages consistent weight loss. Your body burns calories in its normal functions, such as your heartbeat, breathing and food digestion. The number of calories used to keep your body alive is called your metabolic rate. Changes to your eating without exercise

lowers your metabolic rate. Making it less easy to lose weight. Exercising while you change your eating keeps your metabolic rate normal.

    Why exercise?

Regular, moderate exercise has a number of other important benefits besides helping you keep to a healthy

    weight. It also:

    • Reduces your risk of heart disease

    • Improves your fitness

    • Improves muscle tone and strength

    • Helps keep your bowels regular

    • Can make you feel better about yourself

    • Helps reduce stress

The exercise does not have to be strenuous to help you get to a healthy weight or to be good for your heart.
