Veal Mushroom Casserole
   
 


Option 1chicken or vegetable stock
Option 21/2 cup red wine;  2 tbsp parsley; 1 tbsp tomato paste; 1 tsp rosemary;

1/8 tsp  pepper; 1/2 tsp marjoram; 1/4 tsp thyme
Option 3veal
Option 4500g small white onions peeled or cut into quarters if large
Option 5500g button mushrooms
Option 6not required
Option 7thicken with kuzu
Option 81/4 tsp parsley; 1/4 cup low-fat plain yoghurt or yoghurt cream cheese

Serve with stuffed onions and green beans
