Natrim Hint No 1
When using coconut oil in baking make sure all the other ingredients are at least at 18o C. When coconut oil is mixed with refridgerated ingredients it will solidify and will not mix with other ingredients. |
Natrim Hint No 2
Eat 10 servings of Natrim CataStim Foods daily. High CataStim vegetables such as eggplant, capsicum, sweet potato and zuchinni can be peeled (if necessary), thickly sliced, lightly coated with Natrim Coconut Oil and then baked. |
Natrim Hint No 3
When coconut milk sits on the shelf for awhile, the 'cream' often separates and floats to the top. You can remove this 'cream' and only use the 'milk' part of the coconut milk |
Natrim Hint No 4
Many low-fat and non-fat foods contain a lot of calories. They often contain extra sugar, flour or starch thickeners to make them taste better. Always check the labels. |

Curbing the Cravings
You can reduce cravings. Have a PMU drink; eat a small portion of white chicken meat or possibly Natrim CC+ may help. |

What is a Serve?
Natrim recommends 10 servings of Natrim (High CataStim Foods) per day. One serve is approximately:-
2 small fruit e.g. peaches
1 medium sized fruit e.g. apple
1 cup of fruit
1/2 cup of cooked vegetables
1 cup of salad vegetables |

Have a Goal. Start with a realistic goal. A weight loss of just 5-10% can improve your health.
Set several short-term goals.
